/v3/app/workflows/{workflow_id}/publish

Publish the workflow and automatically run a full check before publishing.Any failure is an overall failure without writing the published status; error.code = publish_failed, error.message Multiple rows and columns of each question, repair one by one after row split, and resend after repair. Validation scope: all nodes have complete required fields, all NodeRef/ValueRef can be resolved (references are not validated when created, all are left here), the referenced worksheet/application/role/field is still enabled, at least 2 paths of branch nodes, at least 1 approve node inside approval_block, etc.
